Event: Online Industry-Academia meet for Assessment of R&D Needs of Industry.

Technology Enabling Centre (TEC) at Panjab University, Chandigarh in collaboration with DST–Centre for Policy Research (CPR) and Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings (CICU) is organizing an online Industry-Academia meet entitled “Assessment of R&D Needs of Industry” on 27th August 2021 at 3 to 5 p.m.
Representatives from MSMEs will address their technical and R&D needs in the industry or in the specific sector to the academia. In the webinar, MSMEs can express these issues through a PPT or in any way convenient to them. MSMEs can also show video of the process / machine / operation / material to express their R&D needs.
The member institutes of Chandigarh Region Innovation & Knowledge Cluster (CRIKC) like Panjab University, IIT Ropar, PEC, Chitkara University, PGIMER, etc. and scientists from CSIO-Chandigarh, and Forest Research Institute, Dehradun present in the workshop will keenly listen to the research-requirements and would innovate on those research requirements. Post webinar, joint projects can be taken up to innovate on these research requirements to fulfil the research needs of the respective industry.
