Dr. Ravneet Kaur, Project Scientist–III, at DST- Centre for policy research , Panjab University, Chandigarh, delivered an expert lecture at the CSIR-Institute of Himalayan Bioresource Technology (IHBT), Palampur on the topic: “Protecting and Promoting Bioresource Innovations through Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs)”
